America is being torn apart by two groups of voters who, despite believing they are opposites, actually behave the same way. Both groups rant, get vulgar, refuse to listen, and attack anyone who delivers uncomfortable truths. They think they are informed, yet often fail to research or debate with substance.
These two groups are being manipulated, and they don’t realize how their behavior is dragging America down a very dark path.
Both sides:
- Attack the messenger rather than addressing the facts
- Believe they are authorities on every issue
- Only listen to what reinforces their bias
- Struggle to debate with logic or civility
- Fail to research or seek real information
This is the root of our national chaos.
Democrat Voters: A Party Split in Three
The Democratic voter base now consists of:
- The Radical Left
- The Far Left
- The Left of Center
The first two groups can tolerate each other, but Left-of-Center Democrats no longer have a political home. They are uncomfortable with the extreme left turn of the party, but they also can’t align with today’s Republican Party — a party that attacks anyone who isn’t fully MAGA and labels them “RINO.”
The Democratic Party is sprinting toward full-blown socialism, and Americans with common sense can see it.
Republican Chaos: Trump’s Hostile Takeover
On the other side, Trump is fighting for total control — a power grab to position himself as the ultimate ruler of the Republican Party and beyond.
Trump’s behavior — the lying, the hate, the cheating, the attacks on women, the childish name-calling, the bullying — is the epicenter of today’s political chaos.
He is a poor role model, and not someone any responsible parent would want their son to grow up to resemble.
I personally left the Republican Party on March 1st, 2025.

Research is nearly nonexistent among American voters — a national failure.
These days, I turn to CNN, especially Abby Phillip, Smerconish, and others who actually show multiple perspectives. They have spirited discussions, but they present facts. Being informed matters.
